Cheaper to speed than have tinted windows.
Anybody have experience with North Richland Hills here? Speeding= 170, Window tint=178. I' m going to " correct" the issue and ask the judge to dismiss it on claims it was bought that way. It' s been on the road 7 years and has never had that ... more
